The Antahkarana are very ancient symbols. I have included several variations of the symbols here for your meditation and use if you wish.

The name “Antahkarana” is also often described as a “Bridge of light.” The first two symbols are subtley different in dimension and reflect masculine and feminine qualities. Try placing copies of the symbol you feel drawn to under your bed or treatment table, I recommend three copies of the same image, and note the effect it has on the energy you experiemce. They can also be placed on either side of a room so that they create a flow of energy though the room.
